The payment period for recurrent payments is 1 month for monthly plans and 1 year for annual billing. This means that you will be issued an invoice and billed on the same date you signed up each consecutive month for monthly billing and on the same date and month each year for annual billing.

Should you choose to cancel your membership within 30 days from the charging of your membership you may receive a full refund but will lose access to any benefits and no longer be able to access the website/services. If you choose to cancel without refund you will have continued use of the website/services for the remainder of your account duration. If you cancel after 30 days from the charging of your membership you will not be issued a refund but you will have continued use of the website/services until your currently prepaid subscription expires. Cancellation can be performed via the 6scan billing interface using the Cancel service option. If you choose to cancel, it is your responsibility to contact 6scan.com by calling (800) 275-0563 prior to the end of 30 days from the charging if you wish to obtain a refund. If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your membership, please contact 6scan.com prior to cancelling your membership. Approved refunds could take up to 14 business days after cancellation to be processed.
